Instead, this’ll just be a normal post of “blah blah blah”. But, still…HAPPY CNY to all!!!
Good Night.

DineOut Vancouver 2009
Well…Since I’ve started out the week with some advertising for Starbucks…might as well let it continue.
For those of us in Vancouver, we have a tradition every January to have this craving for food. Just like Winterlicious in Toronto. And this year, it has started again! Except, there is a difference in pricing this year…there is a $3 increase to every sets of meals offered. Now, there is many conversations going on, why the increase in prices when there is an economic down turn?
Well, I’ll leave the economist explain that. And as far as advertising goes…here’s a few ways to get connected to DineOut Menu’s and updates:
Feel free to leave comments if you have any suggestions to go for this year.
Starbucks/Tea Fanatics
For those who keep up to date with my blog, I’d just want to send out this invitation to those who are close to a Starbucks tomorrow or further extension to those who loves a cup of tea in the afternoon.

Enjoy.
1.11
No, this is not the chapter and sub-chapters of a book.
It’s today’s date.
To update what I did over this first weekend of “back-to-school”, I made a trip down to Richmond (the busiest place on planet Vancouver) and then to Park Royal for some shopping sphree (which I bought nothing, cause didn’t find anything exciting)…but either how it wasn’t as exciting as driving in the slushy (mixture of snow and rain) crappy weather yesterday.
And as for today, had a headache from church (from the kids non-stop screaming and yelling in my poor ears). Eased by way off on a Sunday evening @ the all NEW “Waves Coffee” (New to me…at least!) in PoCo with a hot coffee & apple strudel. Pretty trendy music, trendy ppl, and trendy setting I must say.
And here’s to 1.11 and a whole new week of schooling. Have a good one.
First week back @ School
I’d say it wasn’t that bad the first week back to school. Except for the snow at the beginning of the week, which made me miss my first class. And well, the endless rain that came after it which made all those nasty puddles everywhere.
After coming back from Ottawa, I am really pissed off at why BC sidewalks aren’t shoveled so people can actually WALK on it. Those sidewalks are now never going to melt until April I’m guessing. After coming back from Ottawa, I think the most I missed about Ottawa are its cleaniness and the fact sidewalks are shoveled. Also, missing those times when I can just go anywhere and whenever I want…ohh…good times! (Besides the OC Transpo strike!)
Looking at the past four months, I really got used to the environment over there. It seemed like every season was celebrated by an event. The Fall @ Gatineau, The Winter @ Paliament w/ Lights…don’t think I’ll ever see things like this in BC. And ppl over there are so bondable, I already miss the RIM and the OCAC crew. Even though, it was only for a four month period or maybe less…but it seemed like a long time for some.
I know one thing I don’t miss when I was over there is the horrible weather in BC. The rain is just treacherous. And not to mention the snow…we didn’t have this much snow since the 70’s.
And now, I’m back @ school…but one thing I still do is spending a whole lot of time on this Blackberry. I guess I just got too used to it. Hopefully, it won’t cause too much trouble.
Happy New Year 2009
First post of the year.
Wishing everyone a very Joyous New Year.
All the best to this coming year.
